Tawny owl life drawing

After more than a year and when I heard that this day is going to be the warmest of the month , I went back to the Park , where I was lucky and glad to meet an old friend who led me to a "new " Owl in a "new" location. The guy here was very shy and as soon as someone came too close to his tree disappead in his hole. It took me almost the double time I usually need to finish the drawing, waiting for the owl to reappear. Drawn with various Sepia fineliners & Faber-Castell Pitt pens

Thylacine or Tasmanian tiger -The adventure of a study

..The Thylacine is a legendary species which lived in Australia and Tasmania and seems that is already extinct, since there is no credible evidence that the animal still exist for decades now. Attached, my efforts to depict the animal, starting with the initial pencil drawing , and showing the process step by step to the finished pen drawing. Eventually , I noticed several mistakes on his anatomy, decided to revise the image, started a couple of watercolours, and managed to complete at least one . Bird head sketches

Since the most if not all of us are forced to live in a self-isolation, and don`t have the possibility to go outdoors to sketch from life which I`m missing most, I decided to start drawing from my own videos.
